Grace Blackwell will be on stand A10 at the NPCC Innovation and Digital Summit 2026 in Liverpool, which runs from 20 to 22 October. Police Digital Service publishes the event details on its website (Police Digital Service).

What we are showing

We are showing TOPAS for Word, which brings governed AI into Microsoft Word for policing and justice teams. Staff draft, review and analyse documents in the Word they already use. Each request for AI help goes through HEX 165, our governance platform, which decides what information the AI may receive and which approved models may process it, and records each decision for audit.

On the stand we will walk through a single document task from request to approved result. Sensitive details are redacted before any AI processing, the result comes back as a preview with citations, and nothing enters the document until a person has approved it.

Try it for 14 days

If you would like to test TOPAS for Word in your own organisation, you can register for a 14-day trial. The trial runs in our evaluation environment with synthetic or public content only, and nothing is installed on your devices. Registration is subject to availability and usage limits.
