Sovereign Edge IDN provides Grace Blackwell-owned UK / EU sovereign infrastructure for hosting sensitive AI workloads, with an air-gap option for the most sensitive estates. HEX 165 is the operating platform that governs what runs on that infrastructure through four engines: Governance, Compliance, STPM and TOPAS.
HEX 165 is patent-pending, reflecting our belief that agentic AI requires a new-frontier architecture: one that governs not only agents and models but also tokens, context, runtime behaviour, inference cost, and audit evidence at the point of execution.
Our goal is to enable UK / EU government and regulated enterprises to deploy sovereign, defensible AI for frontline services. The name comes from lonsdaleite, a rare hexagonal form of diamond associated with extreme-pressure impact events. It shares the same carbon foundation as ordinary diamond, but its hexagonal lattice gives it exceptional theoretical hardness.
HEX reflects the hexagonal architecture at the heart of our system. 165 refers to the Vickers hardness benchmark associated with lonsdaleite: a symbol of resilience under pressure.
